It is easy for anyone to be upset.
Just about anything that beg to differ from your stand point could upsets you.
The Economy is failing, depression and recession is setting in, basic social amenities are becoming like a dream. Just name it.!
It is now easy to comment, dislike and be rude to other people's views and ideas.
It is so easy to point fingers and allot blames as well. And we often adjudge ourself right and seems to play the game better even as a spectator most times.
But........Why is it now so so uneasy to take action?.
Everyone of us have the human capability to be a leader. The power, the opportunity, the means is given to all.
Leadership opportunity at any level will forever remain elusive to anyone or group of people that choses not to act when the time and moment beckons.
Leadership is not given to age, nor better chances to the grown ups. The will and the desire to take up responsibility is what bequeath and anoint leaders.
Leaders are commanders.
They change the course of history. As a matter of fact, they rewrite it.
They profit where others found to be non-commercial. They are risk takers.
By their command, men and strange men build there fences and empire.
They command respect from far and near.
They are doers. Even when they are counted among the talkers, they are doers.
They break the news and not so bothered about breaking news. They are the news.
Leadership therefore is what we need at such a time as this.
The reserved men of understanding, men of knowledge, the chosen tribe of time and season clan are needed.
The people that are ready to take action. Yes, actions on what needs to be done.
Therefore, Stand to be counted and take the measured action.
